Get to know your workspace

Once you sign in, your workspace opens on its Dashboard. Every screen is reachable from the main menu, which groups your shop's screens into a few families. Most screens follow the same pattern: an overview, a list of your items, and a detail page for each item.

Open the main menu

  1. In the top-left corner, click the menu button (the three lines). The main menu opens.
  2. Click the screen you want to open. The menu closes and the screen opens.

To close the menu without opening anything, click Close menu. To come back to the Dashboard at any time, click your shop's name at the top-left corner.

The main menu starts with Dashboard, Statistics, Audience and Billing, then lists four families:

FamilyWhat you find there
Orders & logisticsCustomers, Carts, Orders, Payments, Shipments, Returns and Support
CatalogProducts, Categories, Reviews and the catalog Settings
MarketingCallouts, Vouchers, Feeds, Press articles, Newsletter and Membership
Store builderIdentity, Theme, Pages, Sections, Navigation, Documentation, Publication, AI app and Integrations

At the bottom of the menu, Documentation opens this help center.

In the top-right corner of the header, the Live icon (the broadcast signal, leftmost of the icons) opens Live, where you follow what happens in your shop as it happens. See Live. The icons to its right open Usage (the bar chart), the tools — email, phone and IP checks and emails and SMS (the wrench) — and the settings of your project, its team, its API keys and your profile (the gear). The round button with your project's icon, rightmost, switches projects and signs you out.

Read your dashboard

The Dashboard shows how your shop is doing over one period — today, until you choose another one.

  1. Click your shop's name at the top-left corner. The Dashboard opens.
  2. At the top, read the Last 30 min card: the Visitors of your storefront, the people looking at a Product or at their Cart, the new accounts (Sign-up), the shoppers at Payment and the orders (Order) of the last thirty minutes.
  3. On the Key figures card, click the dates at the top right, click the first and the last day of a period, then click Apply. The cards below follow that period; click Today to come back to today.
  4. Read the Key figures: Orders, Average order value, New customers and Conversion rate.
  5. Below, read the Sales, Sessions, Carts and Customers cards, then the Shopping journey from Visitors to Carts, Checkout and Orders. Click View report at the bottom of a card to open the full screen.
  6. Under Latest activity, find the latest orders, customers, support requests, unfinished carts, refunds and reviews of the period. Click a row to open it.

Tip — Next to the period on the Key figures card, Values and Cumulative choose whether the cards show each day's figure or the running total, and Bars and Line choose how they are drawn.

Move from a list to an item and back

Screens that manage items — products, categories, orders, customers — work the same way. Here is the example of Categories.

  1. Open the main menu and, under Catalog, click Categories. The screen opens on its Overview tab, with your figures and the latest categories added.
  2. Click the All categories tab to see the full list, or Search to find one.
  3. In the list, click the name of a category, or Detail at the end of its row. Its detail page opens, with its own tabs such as Overview, Products and Images.
  4. To go back to the list, click Category above the category's name.

Tip — On many screens, Edit opens the form in a panel over the page. To open the same form as a full page, click View full page in that panel.
