Billing
Billing shows what your service costs you, week by week: your billing terms, the fees calculated for the current week, and every past week with its invoice. From there you download an invoice and pay the ones that are due. Open it from the main menu, just below Audience. It has two tabs: Overview and History.
Read your terms and the current week
- Open the main menu and click Billing. The Overview tab opens.
- On the Billing terms card, read your Commission rate, your Payment period in days, your Billing currency and the First billable week (Monday, UTC).
- On the Current week card, read the Week, its Status, the Calculated fees so far and the Finalization (UTC) date.
- On the Unpaid invoices card, read how many invoices are still to pay (Total), the Events awaiting reconciliation and your Available credit.
Note — Weeks follow the calendar in UTC. Each week closes on Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC and can still be adjusted during the following week. The payment period only starts once the final invoice is requested.
Open a past week and its invoice
- Open Billing and click the History tab. Each week is listed with its Status, its Calculated fees, its Finalization (UTC) date and its Due on (UTC) date.
- Click View at the end of the week's row.
- Read the Invoice card: its Invoice number, its Issued on date and its Payment requested on date.
- Below, read each line of the week: the Item, its Calculation basis, its Commission rate or Unit price, and the Billed amount.
Once the invoice is issued, download it as a PDF: click Download invoice on the week's row in History, or click the Invoice number on the week's page.
Note — When a line cannot be priced yet, the week shows Reconciliation incomplete: the amount includes the resolved lines only, and no final invoice is issued until every line is resolved.
Pay an invoice
- Open the week of the invoice (see Open a past week and its invoice).
- In the Invoice card, click Pay invoice.
- Check the Invoice number, the Week, the Amount and the Due on (UTC) date.
- Click Pay invoice. When the message Your secure payment page is ready. appears, click Continue to secure payment and pay on the page that opens.
When you come back, the message Payment confirmation is pending. appears until the payment is confirmed, then This invoice has been paid.
Note — When the invoice is paid by bank transfer, the screen shows the bank details instead: pay the exact amount in the stated currency and use the invoice number as the Payment reference. The invoice stays pending until the funds are confirmed as received.
Important — An invoice that is still unpaid after its due date suspends your shop's public addresses until every overdue invoice is paid. Your workspace stays open, and your shop comes back online once they are paid.
