Integrations

Integrations connect your shop to outside services: Google measurement for your storefront, advertising pixels and affiliate networks, and the services you already set up elsewhere in your workspace, such as Brevo, payments and product feeds. Each service has its own card with its status, and each card opens a side panel where you configure it. Everything happens in Integrations, under Store builder in the main menu.

Check the status of your services

  1. Open the main menu and, under Store builder, click Integrations.
  2. Read the Status line on each card:
    • Enabled — Google measurement is switched on.
    • Disabled — a Google tag is saved but measurement is switched off.
    • Configured · inactive — identifiers are saved for an advertising or affiliate service.
    • Not configured — nothing is saved yet.
    • Existing settings — the service is managed from its own screen in your workspace.

Click Configure on a card to open its side panel. To work in a larger window, click View full page at the bottom of the panel. When you close the panel, the page reloads and the cards show the new status.

Connect Google Analytics and Ads

Connect your Google tag to measure visits and purchases on your storefront.

  1. On the Google Analytics & Ads card, click Configure.
  2. Under Google destinations, enter your Google tag ID — a G-, GT- or AW- ID.
  3. If your Google tag is shared, enter the G- ID of the stream you want in Analytics destination. With a G- tag, leave it empty: it is filled in with the tag ID.
  4. Under Ads purchase source, choose No Ads purchases, Existing Ads conversion or Import from Analytics.
  5. If you chose Existing Ads conversion, enter the AW-ID/label of your purchase action in Ads conversion target.
  6. Choose the Purchase value: Purchase count only, Ads: total charged; Analytics: count only or Verified net item prices.
  7. Set Tracking enabled to On, then click Save.

The message Settings saved. Google receipt has not been verified. appears and the card shows Enabled. Google loads on your storefront only after a visitor accepts the required cookies. To stop measuring, set Tracking enabled to Off and save: the card shows Disabled.

Note — Google Tag Manager containers are not supported. With Existing Ads conversion, you need a conversion target and a Purchase value other than Purchase count only. Saving an ID does not check that Google receives your data: test a purchase in Google's diagnostics.

Prepare an advertising or affiliate service

You can save the account identifiers for Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Criteo, Awin and CJ Affiliate now, so the connection is ready when it can be switched on.

  1. On the service's card, click Configure.
  2. Under Account identifiers, fill in the fields for that service:
    • Meta and TikTok: the Pixel ID.
    • Taboola: the Account ID and the Purchase event name.
    • Criteo: the Account ID.
    • Awin: the Default advertiser ID, the Advertiser IDs by market (one market per line, for example fr = 12345; use gb for the United Kingdom) and the Commission group.
    • CJ Affiliate: the Enterprise ID, the Action tracker ID and the Universal tag ID.
  3. Click Save.

The message Configuration saved. appears and the card shows Configured · inactive.

Note — These services don't send events or set cookies on your storefront yet: saving only prepares the connection. Enter public identifiers only — scripts, passwords and API tokens are refused with Enter a valid public identifier. Scripts and API tokens are not accepted.

Open your Brevo, payment and feed settings

Services you manage elsewhere in your workspace also have a card here, when their screens are available.

  1. Open the main menu and, under Store builder, click Integrations.
  2. Click the link on the service's card:
    • Brevo: click Configure to set up your newsletter account in the side panel.
    • Payments: click Manage accounts to open your payment providers and accounts.
    • Product feeds: click Manage feeds to open your catalogue feeds for Google Merchant Center and other channels.

The Brevo settings open in the side panel; payments and feeds open on their own screen. For details, see Newsletter, Payments and refunds and Product feeds.
