Create a theme, choose its colours, fonts, buttons and spacing, preview it, then activate and publish it on your storefront.

Create the menus of your storefront's header and footer, add entries pointing to categories, products, pages or addresses, put them in order and put the menus online.

Create your shop's pages, build reusable sections such as banners, galleries or testimonials, place them on one or more pages, schedule them and put everything online.

Write your shop's help center with subjects and articles, choose the countries you sell in, put your shop online on its own domain, and have descriptions and search-engine texts written automatically.

Check that the AI engine is ready, translate your product names and help articles with AI, set translation rules, normalize a product image, follow the AI jobs, and turn automatic generation on or off.

Organize your catalog in categories and sub-categories, give each one an image and a description, and suspend or delete a category when you no longer need it.

Create a product with its brand, category and price, put it on sale or take it off, sell it in several grades, and gather its sizes or colours into one product group.

Create the characteristics that describe your products — colour, size, material… — with their list of values, attach them to a product, and manage the brands your products are filed under.

Create the warranties your products are covered by, choose your shop's default warranty, put products under a warranty or take them out, and edit or delete a warranty.

Record stock coming in or going out for a product, keep it in your warehouses and transfer it between them, read its movement history, set a low-stock alert threshold, and spot the products and orders that are short of stock.

Read the reviews your customers leave on your products, publish them on the product page or reject them, and delete a review you don't want to keep.

Find an order, follow what was paid and shipped, accept its payment or cancel it, and take a customer's return through each of its steps.

Add a customer, find one, see their orders and addresses, keep an internal note on them, and suspend or remove them.

Find a payment and follow its status, confirm a payment you received, refund it in full or in part from its page, and delete a payment.

Set up your carriers, delivery methods and zones, set your preparation time, record the parcels you send, track their delivery, and handle a refused parcel or a claim against the carrier.

Find a customer's request, answer it, close or reopen it, open a return from it, and set the topics your customers pick.

Create a discount as a percentage or a fixed amount, give it a promo code, activate or suspend it, and follow how often it is used.

Show messages in the band at the top of your shop, dress the badges and notes on your product and category cards, and give labels and selling arguments to your products.

Let customers subscribe to your newsletter, see and unsubscribe your subscribers, export them to a file, prepare campaigns and connect your Brevo account.

Set up your membership program, add, edit and delete its levels, change the paid membership's name, price and status, and find your members.

Create a product feed, give its addresses to a shopping service, choose which products it publishes, set its custom labels and link tracking, activate or pause it, and rename or delete it.

Record a press article with its magazine, date, language, address, logo and quote, find it again, correct it, see which press bands show it, and remove it.

Check the status of the services connected to your shop, connect Google Analytics and Ads, prepare an advertising or affiliate service, and reach your newsletter, payment and feed settings.

Set up the address your shop's emails are sent from and verify its domain, choose your SMS sender name, send an email or an SMS to a customer, and find the messages you sent.

Check whether an email address is valid and reachable, read the country, type and operator of a phone number, locate an IP address, and find the checks your shop has run.
